Collection, type, purpose and use

We process within the scope of business relationships with all business partners: title, title, first name, last name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone numbers (landline and / or mobile), fax number, account data, contract data, billing data, information data. In addition, all information that is necessary to fulfill an order is collected. The personal data is collected in order to be able to identify you as a customer, to be able to advise you appropriately, to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you, to be able to meet our legal obligations, for correspondence with you, for invoicing and in the context of of dunning, for the purposes of permitted direct advertising and to assert any claims against you. The personal data collected is stored until the statutory retention period expires (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated) and then deleted. In exceptional cases, this does not apply if we are obliged to store data for longer periods due to tax or commercial law retention requirements (in accordance with HGB, StGB or AO) or if you have consented to a storage going beyond this.
